FAQ's - By Jeff the Answer Guy

Q: What is a 'FAQ'?
A: It stands for 'Frequently Asked Questions'.

Q: What is it for?
A: It's for questions that are frequently asked.

Q: Are these questions that you've been frequently asked or did you make them up?
A: I made them up.

Q: Then shouldn't you call it 'Answers To Questions I Made Up'?
A: I could, but the acronym for that would be ATQIMU, and I think even fewer people would know what that is.

Q: Don't you feel a little silly asking yourself questions?
A: I'm single. I'm used to it.

Q: Can I ask you a question?
A: That's what I'm here for.

Q: Why did you call yourself Inside Out T-Shirts & Gifts? Are your t-shirts inside out?
A: No, the t-shirts are printed the right way, although you could certainly turn them inside out if you wanted. "Inside Out" refers mostly to my sense of humor and the way I look at the world, which basically means that I'll take an idea or concept and examine it from all angles, take it apart, turn it inside out, put it back together, hold it up to the light and look for something funny or amusing that people might like.

Q: If this is your store then who's Cafepress.com?
A: Cafepress is the company that prints my designs and provides all the products you see in my store. Their business allows people like myself an opportunity to market original designs on a wide variety of clothing and gift items with little to no overhead. Items in my store are not kept in stock but are printed "on demand" at the Cafepress facilities and then shipped out to the customer, leaving me more time to design and write silly stuff like this.

Q: What printing process do they use?
A: They use a dye sublimation printing process for mugs and mousepads and both digital transfer & direct printing for all apparel. These processes are similar in quality to screen printing, with no image cracking, peeling or fading.

Q: What about a money-back guarantee?
A: If you're not satisfied with any item you purchase for whatever reason, simply contact Cafepress within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Q: Can I ask you one last question?
A: Sure.

Q: Have you ever thought about getting a REAL job? You could take a civil service exam and work for the government.
A: Aw, MOM!!
